Reese Milner
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Reese Milner is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Berkeley Square Capital Partners. Prior to joining Berkeley Square, Reese served as a First Vice President and Head of West Coast Investments for Coastal Ridge Real Estate. As the firm’s first investment hire, he acquired in excess of $1BN of multifamily and student housing properties nationwide from core to value-add opportunities.
Before Coastal Ridge, Reese worked at J.P. Morgan in their Securitized Products Investment Banking Group where he was responsible for underwriting and evaluating real estate-related debt opportunities, primarily focused on CMBS originations across all property types nationwide. During his tenure, his team originated in excess of $1BN in commercial mortgage-backed securities.
Reese received his B.A. from The University of Virginia, where he played Varsity Tennis and his master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University.
Kip Kolodziejski
Co-Founder, Managing Partner
Kip Kolodziejski is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Berkeley Square Capital Partners. Kip’s role is multi-faceted with a focus on acquisitions, asset management, and business development.
Prior to launching Berkeley Square Capital Partners, Kip ran his family’s investment property portfolio during which time he founded a multi-family real estate syndication company. Kip became a licensed real estate agent at the age of 18 and purchased his first apartment building at the age of 20, all while completing his B.A. degree at Pepperdine University.
Since then, Kip has purchased over 70 properties and developed a strong foundation in the investment and operation of multi-family real estate. Kip’s experience and knowledge have contributed to Clement Capital Management’s track record of having met or exceeded preferred investor returns on all investments to date.
Kip is a fourth-generation real estate entrepreneur and a Los Angeles native. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute and is an active participant in various charitable organizations.
Ari Leisner
Senior Vice President of Investments
Ari Leisner is Senior Vice President of Investments for Berkeley Square Capital Partners. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and structuring new investment opportunities and equity placements throughout North America.
Mr. Leisner has more than 20 years identifying real estate acquisition opportunities in the entire western region as well as capital formation and joint venture structuring within the Multifamily and Commercial Sectors. He began his career in real estate brokerage at Marcus & Millichap, where he successfully closed north of $250MM of multifamily and industrial assets. After his brokerage tenure, Ari joined Investors Management Group to spearhead its Acquisitions and Investor relations divisions. He sourced and closed many of the IMG real estate acquisitions, growing from 400 to 7,000 apartment units during his tenure and placing in excess of 300MM in JV equity commitments.
From 2015 through 2021 Ari has consulted for various ultra-high net worth groups and family offices focusing on western acquisitions in the commercial and multifamily sectors. Ari has acquired in excess of $1BN of multifamily and commercial properties nationwide from core to value-add opportunities in his career to date.
Ari holds a California Real Estate Brokers License & a Bachelor of Arts degree from San Diego State University.
